To celebrate the 65th anniversary of the French Fifth Republic or Marianne V, the French Interior Minister Darmanin announced the dissolution of CIVITAS for incitement to hatred, anti-semitism and homophobia, stressing the fact that the movement’s values have no place in the French Republic.

On 3 October, the French Prime Minister Borne ceremoniously invited Guillaume Trichard, the new Grand Master of the Grand Orient of France “to discuss the importance of preserving the Republic’s values in order to combat extremism”. So we see that things are clear, and we will continue our combat, whatever the cost.

Action Française expresses total solidarity with the militants of CIVITAS and with its president Alain Escada.

Let us hope that the dissolution of CIVITAS will have the positive effect of creating a nationalist dynamic in our old homeland.
